Do I need CDI Method Foundation before starting a pathway?
CDI Method Foundation is the entry point for certification and is required before any Practitioner Certification. It comes free with the Certified, and paid on Learn Only.
What is the difference between a completion certificate and a certification?
Every module you finish earns a certificate of completion. A Practitioner Certification is earned by passing a pathway's exam.
Do my certifications expire?
No. Every certification you earn is yours permanently. Your status as a CAIC is kept live, either subscribing to Certified or with a $99 CAIC subscription which requires a short declaration of continued practice.
Can I take an exam without a subscription?
Yes, at full price: $499, or $999 for Agentic Experience Design. On Certified you pay discounted prices of $399 and $899.
How do I become a Certified Conversational AI Consultant (CAIC)?
Hold CDI Method Foundation Certification, AXD Practitioner Certification and certifications from any two other pathways.
