Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
You can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade, but there are minimum commitment periods depending on your plan.
Can I study on my phone
Yes, you can study on your phone! Our platform is mobile-accessible through your web browser. While a dedicated app isn't available yet, we're building one to make mobile learning even more seamless.
Can I use CDI for free?
Yes, we offer free introductory course content for you to enjoy before deciding to subscribe to our paid plans.
Which plan is better for me: Community or Course?
The Community Plan is ideal for newcomers, while the Course Plan is designed for those seeking advanced training and certifications.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe accepts a variety of payment methods, including:

Am I charged when I enter my credit card?
To sign-up to an academy account is free. We will only collect your credit card information once you decide to subscribe to any of our paid plans.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can. This can easily be done by going to the My Purchases section under My Accounts. There you will find a button that will allow you to change subscriptions instantly.
Are there any discounts for annual subscriptions?
You can save 20% with annual payments for the Course Plan. You can find more details here.
What is the pricing currency?
All prices are listed in US Dollars.
How can I update my payment information?
You can easily update your payment information by going to the My Purchases section under My Accounts. There you will find a button that will allow you to change your credit/ debit card information.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription?
All purchases come with an invoice. You will be sent a copy of the invoice via email for every purchase or monthly/ annual charges. You can easily download a copy of your invoices too at any time, by going to the My Purchases section under My Accounts. There you will find a link to download your invoices for every transaction completed.
Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
Our pricing is straightforward. No hidden fees or additional cost. However, if your credit card is issued outside the US, exchange rate fees may be applied by the bank issuing your credit card.
How do I renew my subscription?
All subscriptions are automatically renewed. For any concerns, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Is there an automatic renewal option?
All subscriptions are automatically renewed. You will receive an email notification and an invoice for every transaction completed and processed by the system.
What happens if my payment fails?
Failed transactions will result in automatic cancellation of subscription.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Unfortunately, the system will automatically remove your access to any subscription if you are unable to pay for the subscription renewal. Please contact [email protected] if you need any assistance.
Is there a trial period for the subscription plans?
Currently, we don’t offer a trial period for the subscription courses. But you can create a free account and preview our classes. You will find a wide collection of beginner, intermediate, and expert lectures to start your journey in Conversation Design.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Upon cancellation all courses will be inaccessible. But your course progress is saved and will remain in your account profile even after cancellation.
