How it works

Certified is $699/yr for full course access with the Foundation Practitioner Certification included, and discounted prices on every certification.
Once you are a CAIC, you can choose to stay on Certified at $699/yr for full access and keep adding certifications, or at your next renewal move to a CAIC $99/yr subscription, which keeps your CAIC current and verifiable without course access.
Every Practitioner Certification you earn is yours permanently. Only your status as a Certified Conversational AI Consultant (CAIC) requires an annual subscription plus a declaration of your continued practice - the projects you have worked on that year and any new learning completed. It takes a few minutes once a year.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

You can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade, but there are minimum commitment periods depending on your plan.

Can I study on my phone

Yes, you can study on your phone! Our platform is mobile-accessible through your web browser. While a dedicated app isn't available yet, we're building one to make mobile learning even more seamless.

Can I use CDI for free?

Yes, we offer free introductory course content for you to enjoy before deciding to subscribe to our paid plans.

I run a small team. What plan should I choose?

The Enterprise Plan is customisable and ideal for teams. Please contact our sales team at clientservices@conversationdesigninstitute.com for more details and to explore the best options for your team.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe accepts all major credit cards, such as,  variety of payment methods, including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

Am I charged when I enter my credit card?

To sign-up to an academy account is free. We will only collect your credit card information once you decide to subscribe to any of our paid plans.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes, you can. This can easily be done by going to the My Purchases section under My Accounts. There you will find a button that will allow you to change subscriptions instantly.

Are there any discounts for annual subscriptions?

You can save 25% with annual payments. You can find more details here.

What is the pricing currency?

All prices are listed in US Dollars.

How can I update my payment information?

You can easily update your payment information by going to the My Purchases section under My Accounts. There you will find a button that will allow you to change your credit/ debit card information.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

All purchases come with an invoice. You will be sent a copy of the invoice via email for every purchase or monthly/ annual charges. You can easily download a copy of your invoices too at any time, by going to the My Purchases section under My Accounts. There you will find a link to download your invoices for every transaction completed.

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

 Our pricing is straightforward. No hidden fees or additional cost. However, if your credit card is issued outside the US, exchange rate fees may be applied by the bank issuing your credit card.

How do I renew my subscription?

All subscriptions are automatically renewed. For any concerns, please send an email to support@conversationdesigninsitute.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Is there an automatic renewal option?

All subscriptions are automatically renewed. You will receive an email notification and an invoice for every transaction completed and processed by the system.

What happens if my payment fails?

Failed transactions will result in automatic cancellation of subscription.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Unfortunately, the system will automatically remove your access to any subscription if you are unable to pay for the subscription renewal. Please contact support@conversationdesigninsitute.com if you need any assistance.

Is there a trial period for the subscription plans?

Currently, we don’t offer a trial period for the subscription courses. But you can create a free account and preview our classes. You will find a wide collection of beginner, intermediate, and expert lectures to start your journey in Conversation Design.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation all courses will be inaccessible. But your course progress is saved and will remain in your account profile even after cancellation.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

We're confident you'll love our courses, but if you feel that the program is not for you, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee.
