Learn how to train a language model, implement designs in any conversational AI platform: from simple answers to repair flows, entities and regex conditions.

In this module, you'll learn how to take conversation designs and turn them into fully functional AI assistant dialogues. You’ll focus on creating and refining training phrases, configuring entities, and optimizing workflows to ensure the assistant understands and responds accurately. As an AI Trainer, you’ll work closely with the design team to implement conversational flows, using key techniques such as disambiguation, handling conditions, and incorporating transactional logic. By the end of the module, you’ll have the skills to implement, test, and iterate AI assistant conversations to improve performance and user experience.

Creating and Optimizing Training Phrases: Learn how to develop accurate training phrases that help the assistant understand user intent.
Setting Up Entities: Gain expertise in configuring entities to extract valuable data from user input.

In 2018, Hans co-founded the Conversation Design Institute to establish processes, techniques, and organizational standards to professionalize the role of conversation design within large enterprises.

Hans also sits upon the board of CDI Foundation, which is focused on undertaking research, education and industry development, along with providing scholarships to help people from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds enter the CAI industry.
