RAG, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation, is transforming how conversational AI systems provide accurate, personalized, and trustworthy answers. This course takes you on a step-by-step journey through building your own RAG pipeline, no coding required. Instead of focusing on programming or the low-level system architecture, this course emphasizes practical, hands-on skills you can immediately apply to real-world conversational AI projects.

Throughout the course, all demonstrations use Voiceflow, allowing you to follow visually and interactively as you create, test, and refine each step of a RAG workflow. You will learn how to prepare knowledge bases, design effective prompts, and build pipelines that can retrieve, generate, verify, and route responses accurately, just like enterprise-grade AI systems.
